MCA notifies rules for additional chapters

MCA vide its notification dated 28th & 31st March 2014 issued rules for additional 4 chapters under the Companies Act 2013. Till now the rules have issued for 14 chapters.

New rules issued are :

Chapter XXVI - Nidhi Rules 2014
Chapter XXIX - Companies (Adjudication of Penalties ) Rules 2014
Chapter XXIX - Companies (Miscellaneous ) Rules 2014
Chapter V - The Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 2014
Chapter X - The Companies (Audit and Auditors) Rules, 2014

Please take note that rules for Chapter II has been re-issued on 30th March 2014.

Roll-out plan of new e-Forms issued 

MCA vide its public notice dated 28th March 2014 has issued the roll-out plan of filing of eForms under the Companies Act 2013. As per the plan , around 39 eForms under the new Act will be made available for e-filing from 14th April 2014. Remaining forms will be issued later.

Leaves & Holidays under Indian Labour & Employment Laws

Holidays and Leaves of workers in India are governed principally by the Factory Act, 1948 and state shops and establishment acts. Work Hours and Overtime under the Factory Act, 1948 and Shops & Establishment Act

India has two major laws concerning working hours of workers i.e. the Factory Act, 1948 and Shops & Establishment Act. The regulations related to the working hours can be separated into four broad categories that help demarcate the dimensions of the discussion. Working Hours for Factory Workers; I.
